- Drink 24 oz. of water with juice of 1/2 fresh lemon added as soon after your massage as possible to help flush out toxins that were released from your tissues and help diminish any soreness from your session.
- Take an epsom salts bath after your massage that same day with 2 cups of epsom salts in warm water and soak for at least 20 minutes. (Adding 1/3 cup baking soda cleanses your energy field. Adding 2000 mg crushed vit. c tablets will neutralize chlorine in the water) This will also clear toxins from your tissues and help diminish any soreness from your session.
- Avoid processed sugar, caffeine (or other stimulants), and inflammatory foods before and after your massage for 24 hours in order to better receive the benefits of your massage and prevent soreness.
