If you can’t make it to class in person or if you’re traveling or if you aren’t living in the Woodstock, GA area, here’s how you can still connect with our amazing community and join us for Yoga online! You can even have your friends and family join us if they are not local! How fun is that?!

(Virtual Live Yoga Classes offer a live instructor that can interact with you, these classes meet at scheduled times.)

Here’s the details:

  • Click on our yoga schedule.
  • Register for any class that says ‘VIRTUAL’ that works with your schedule.
  • You won’t be able to register online 1 hour or less prior to class time. If that’s the case, you can pay via VENMO at @Shalan-Hill #3618 if you are not able to register online. Please let the instructor know you paid with Venmo. Call 678-494-3450 for further assistance with payment.
  • Virtual rates are the same as “in-studio”. When you register, you pay for a drop-in ($22) or use your Class Card (called “series” in our booking system) or Membership. (If you are a senior, and are paying the drop-in rate, you will not get the senior discount automatically. Please notify the instructor to manually adjust the price to the senior rate when you join the class online.)
  • If it is your first time doing yoga with us, you will need to complete this waiver. Print, complete, and email back to us at info@thepostureproject.com
  • If you are a member or have a class card, no registration is required.
  • Scroll down this page to find the link for the class you want to take and click to join. You can join 10 min. in advance.
  • If you will be watching on a mobile device, you will need to download the ZOOM app to open the link.
  • The teacher will be able to see and interact with you unless you decide to turn off your camera.
  • When you sign in to the class on Zoom, you will be muted and your camera will be turned off. If you want the teacher to see you, unblock your camera. If you want the teacher to hear you, unmute your speaker.
  • (If you have any problems or for senior rates (60+), just register as a drop-in at the regular price and tell us at your class time or shoot us an email at info@thepostureproject.com or call 678-494-3450 so that we can adjust your rate.) Don’t worry, we’ll figure it all out together.

Recommended props:

GENTLE YOGA & STRENGTHEN & TONE YOGA – yoga mat, stable chair, 2 yoga blankets, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap. A clear space is needed against a wall or closed door.

RESTORATIVE YOGA – yoga mat, stable chair, 2-3 yoga blankets, and 2-4 yoga blocks (if you have limited range of motion or your body needs extra support, have extra pillows/blanket/towels available to you)

ART OF ALIGNMENT YOGA – yoga mat, stable chair, 2 yoga blankets, and 2-4 blocks, yoga strap. A clear space is needed against a wall or closed door.
