If you’ve been missing your yoga community (I know I have!), here’s how we can still feel our sense of community and connect online since that’s the best we all can do right now! You can even have your friends and family join us if they are not local! How fun is that?! (Virtual Live Yoga Classes offer a live instructor that can interact with you, these classes meet at scheduled times. YouTube videos are recorded and you have access to them at your convenience.)

Here’s the scoop:

  • Click on our yoga schedule.
  • Register for any class that says ‘Virtual’.
  • Make sure that you register at least one hour prior to class time.
  • We will then email you a link to attend the virtual class through ZOOM at least 15 minutes before class starts.
  • If you will be watching on a mobile device, you will need to download the ZOOM app to open the link.
  • The teacher will be able to see and interact with you unless you decide to turn off your camera.
  • When you sign in to the class via the link we send you, you will be muted and your camera will be turned off. If you want the teacher to see you, unblock your camera. If you want the teacher to hear you, unmute your speaker. (We will chat a little before class starts just like we do in person!)
  • You can pay for a drop-in or use your class card and yoga membership just like our regular in-studio classes. (If you have any problems or for senior rates (60+), just register as a drop-in at the regular price and shoot us an email at info@thepostureproject.com or call 678-494-3450 so that we can adjust your rate.) Don’t worry, we’ll figure it all out together.

FRIDAYS @ 4:30PM – GENTLE YOGA WITH SHALAN

NEW! SATURDAYS @ 10AM – STRENGTHEN & TONE FOR BEGINNERS (begins June 6th)

Recommended props:

GENTLE YOGA – 2 yoga blankets, 2 yoga blocks, strap

RESTORATIVE YOGA – chair, 2-3 yoga blankets, and 2-4 yoga blocks (if you have limited range of motion or your body needs extra support, have extra pillows/blanket/towels available to you)
