If you can’t make it to class in person or if you’re traveling or if you aren’t living in the Woodstock, GA area, here’s how you can still connect with our amazing community and join us for Yoga online! You can even have your friends and family join us if they are not local! How fun is that?! (Virtual Live Yoga Classes offer a live instructor that can interact with you, these classes meet at scheduled times.)

July 9, 3pm-5pm. Bring a 6″ x 36″ foam roller, your yoga mat, a bath towel, and either 2 yoga blankets or bed pillows.
