with Shalan Hill – Lead Instructor
“If you value the benefits of a gentler yoga practice, I want to help you share the tools I have gathered that have served my own well-being and my community’s so that this sacred knowledge may continue to serve humanity.” – Shalan Hill
The Posture Project’s 200 hour Gentle yoga teacher training is the opportunity you’ve been asking for, to journey deep into the art and science of a kinder yoga. This Yoga Alliance approved program offers students the skills necessary to not only become a confident, certified yoga teacher, but also to refine and nourish your personal experience of yoga that can only lead to greater self-discovery. Awaken your inner teacher whether that be for your own practice or to guide others.
“There is a need of Yoga Instructors that help people calm their senses and slow their paces so they can find and better maintain a balanced life and vibrant well-being. There is a need for those that know the benefits of breath and mindfulness to live well in our over stimulated culture.
There is a need for confident Yoga Instructors that offer guidance that will result in only beneficial outcomes for their students and do no harm. This Yoga Teacher Training will fulfill these needs and develop instructors that can support their students’ restrictions and limitations and leave them feeling included and successful in their yoga practice.” – Shalan Hill
