Intro. to Tai Chi

Tai Chi, referred to as “Meditation in Motion,” is a great way to increase your stability, joint mobility and stamina. Join Karen Inchak, a Tai Chi for Health instructor, to learn the basic sequence of Tai Chi in this 4 week progressive series.
2 times per week, Mondays & Thursdays, 10:30- 11:30 am.

Qi gong is an ancient Chinese art form using energy and movement. In this class, the student will learn a series of gentle flowing movements that will have a positive effect on all the joints of the body. Deep abdominal breathing creates a rhythmic harmony in the mind and allows a unified flow of energy throughout the body. Build energy and get grounded into the Earth. Increase joint mobility, flexibility, body awareness, lung capacity immune function and relieve stress. Qi gong helps align mind, body and spirit. Join Shahida in this introduction to Qi gong!
