Universal Yoga Dance of Shiva (or Shiva Nata) is an all levels moving meditation using simple movement of arms and legs in spiral patterns
Dance of Shiva benefits you by not only strengthening muscles of limbs (arms/legs), promoting movability of limb joints, increasing muscle coordination and reaction time; but also by regulating breath (pranayama) and creating new neurological connections in the brain (improve memory, enhance creativity and boost intelligence).It also helps develop and enhance internal practice of presence, mindfulness, Pratyahara (directing attention/trap attention) and Dharana (concentration), that leads to Samadhi (meditative state).
